The show is about two childhood friends who get separated and after seven years they met, Nandini and Mauli. Mauli and Kunal have been married for three years and are very much in love with each other. Kunal is a pediatrician. Mauli is a gynecologist. They support each other through everything and are very close. On the other hand, Nandini and Rajdeep have been married for seven years. Nandini is a victim of domestic violence. Rajdeep treats Nandini badly and doesn't leave any chance to abuse her, physically and mentally. Mauli and Kunal take Nandini to their home, to stay with them. But Kunal and Nandini will unexpectedly develop some feelings which will cause a lot of confusion and decision to hide that and avoid their love for each other.

Abhay is strongly influenced by his uncle and has grown into a flamboyant, arrogant, spoilt brat who has never put in a day`s work at the family business.Mr. Sinha is obviously perturbed to the point of distress by the lifestyle his son leads - party all night and sleep through the day. He is determined to get his son back on the right track. In order to get Abhay into the office he entices him with the idea of young female secretary. He succeeds. Abhay meets Vanshika at the office. He is disgusted. She is flustered, but hopelessly in love.
